Cashier (Customer Service)

BicyclesMcW is presently in the process of expanding and is seeking experienced part-time Cashiers (Customer Service). BicyclesMcW is a well established bicycle store in Montreal with a proven track record and outstanding reputation for providing its clients with an exceptional customer experience and after sales service.

Tasks:

• Managing store transactions
• Processing invoices through "Lightspeed" Point of Sale System
• Performing other computer tasks
• Performing other general store tasks such as verifying prices
• Replenishing of store shelves
• Keeping store area clean and neat

Competencies:

• Experience in a retail environment
• Computer proficiency and willing to learn
• Positive attitude and pleasant personality
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of "Lightspeed" Point of Sale System, an asset
• Knowledge of the cycling industry, an asset
• Fully bilingual (French and English)

Bicycle Technicians/Mechanics

BicyclesMcW is presently in the process of expanding and is seeking experienced part-time and full-time Bicycle Mechanics/Technicians. BicyclesMcW is a well-established bicycle store in the heart of Montreal with a proven track record and outstanding reputation for providing its clients with an exceptional customer experience and after sales service.

Description:

The applicant will be responsible for performing the assembly, maintenance and repair of mid to high end bicycles from some of the world’s most reputable bike manufacturers such as NORCO, CANNONDALE, DEVINCI, ROCKY MOUNTAIN, FELT, CATRIKE, GOCYCLE, DOST, BENNO, VELEC, ENVO, iGO et bien d’autres.

If you have a passion for cycling and know how to fix just about anything on a bicycle, then we are interested in meeting you!

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-3 years experience working as a Bicycle Mechanic/Technician is a must
• Working knowledge of bicycle mechanics and their related components & accessories is a must
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service regardless of the workload or personal issues is a must
• Ability to respect project deadlines and demonstrate a high level of autonomy would be considered an asset
• Ability to communicate in both official languages (French and English) would be considered an asset
• Knowledge of cycling and it's industry would be considered an asset
